Cereal Granola Bars

Pro tips:
-
I used dried blueberries but you can use any dried fruit you like
-
I find using the back of a metal spoon is a good way to flatten the mixture in your tin
Ingredients
4 cups muesli type cereal
¼ cup coconut
¼ cup white choc bits
½ cup dried fruit
1 cup peanut butter
½ cup maple syrup
¼ cup honey
How to make it:
Combine cereal, coconut, white choc bits and dried fruit and stir until well combined. Add peanut butter and stir through until thoroughly combined. Add maple syrup and honey and thoroughly combine. Line or grease a 30 x 20cm slice tin. Pour mixture into tin and press flat. Refrigerate until set then slice into squares.
