
Spiced Fig Energy Balls

If you are not a fan of wheatgerm, you can roll these balls in coconut instead

Spray your tablespoon measure with cooking oil spray before measuring out your honey and molasses so they will just slide right off into your bowl

Ingredients
15 medium dried figs
½ cup pecans, chopped
¼ cup rolled oats
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
â…› teaspoon nutmeg
¼ teaspoon ginger, ground
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon molasses
â…› cup wheat germ

How to make it:
Place all ingredients (except wheat germ) in a stand mixer.
Mix well, scraping down the sides of the bowl at least once during mixing.
Form mixture into 1-inch balls and roll in wheat germ.
Enjoy immediately, or store in the refrigerator for later.
